Happy New Year!
We’ve been soaking up every moment of winter break.
It’s just nice to have time off.
We’ve taken a little too much time off from this blog though, so looking forward to jumping back in for the new year.

and to All a Good Night.
And yes, we’ve taken many long winter naps since then.
We spent time creating our next Common Core Craftivity,
Shape Snowman for our kiddos when we return.
We just love the way he turned out!
This one has new shapes, 5 differentiated Common Core worksheets and 2 snowman story templates for writing.

Before winter break, we started a few activities from our Snow-tastic Snowmen unit.
We absolutely love how unique each of their snowmen turned out.
They were mesmerized by our lesson on the Aurora Borealis and delighted to paint their own colorful arctic sky!
We’ll keep plugging away at these winter activities when we head back to school on Monday…ouch typing those words hurt…a lot…
