We spent the day swimming, eating, water skiing, eating, watching fireworks, eating…Seriously, is there such thing as a hot dog hangover? Ugh…
We’re helping blogging buddy Jodi over at
Jodi recently added the Have a Heart Unit to her TpT store to help her brother-n-law who received a heart transplant this past January. As we can all imagine, medical bills are through the roof. She is using all the profits from this unit to help him out.
Her Have a Heart packet is just $3 and we purchased it ourselves this morning. Oh.my.word, it is super cute!
It has a great read aloud book that we plan to mount, laminate and bind {its a keeper!}and use throughout the year. The follow up activity booklet is perfect for our incoming K’s and Firsts ~ which we love. It is a great introduction to the character trait of caring and we are excited to use it when we return.
